Returns are only accepted in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
Due to the customized nature of 3D printed products, returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect file upload, or design dissatisfaction unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.
Proof of issue (photos/videos) must be shared for verification.
A valid reason for return must be clearly stated (e.g., print damage, incorrect material, poor finishing).
Electra3D reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after internal review.
Once your return is approved and the product is received at our facility, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) within 4–5 working days from the date of approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is incorrect or defective as per the order placed. In such cases, Electra3D will coordinate reverse logistics or reimburse shipping after verification.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Electra3D is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
