Electra3D is an India-based e-commerce platform offering custom 3D printing services and pre-designed 3D products. All products are printed in-house using PLA (Polylactic Acid) and other standard 3D printing materials using high-quality 3D printers.
2. Eligibility
To use our services or make a purchase, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Own the rights to any files you upload for printing.
3. Custom 3D Printing Policy
3.1 File Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the design files you upload.
Files must not violate copyright laws, contain obscene or offensive material, or be illegal in nature.
We reserve the right to reject any file or design at our discretion.
3.2 Print Quality Disclaimer
Due to the nature of FDM 3D printing, minor layer lines, texture differences, or small imperfections are natural and not considered defects.
Tolerances may vary slightly based on object geometry and material.
4. Order Process
Upload your 3D file or select a product from our catalog.
Customize (if required) and place the order.
Make payment using supported methods (UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards).
You will receive an order confirmation via email.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise notified.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on our site are in INR (₹).
We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
Payment must be completed before processing the order.
In case of technical issues, we may cancel or delay orders and notify customers accordingly.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the provided address using reliable courier partners.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days post-dispatch, depending on your location.
Tracking details will be shared once the product is shipped.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping companies.
7. Return & Refund Policy
7.1 Eligibility
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
Product is unused and in original packaging.
Sufficient proof (photo/video) is provided.
7.2 Non-Returnable Items
Customized 3D prints where files were correctly uploaded and specifications were confirmed.
Items damaged post-delivery or used after opening.
Digital design files or downloadable content.
7.3 Refund Process
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 4–5 working days after product inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
7.4 Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is from our side.
We recommend using a trackable courier. Electra3D is not responsible for lost return shipments.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and product designs—is the property of Electra3D or its content creators and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material without prior written permission.
Use any trademarks or content for commercial purposes without consent.

We make no guarantees about:
Compatibility of printed parts with third-party devices.
Durability of prints under certain conditions (heat, pressure, chemical exposure).

Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive designs.
Interfere with site operations or security.
Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
We reserve the right to block users violating these terms.

12. Force Majeure
Electra3D shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
